We negotiate freight rates as a group and pass the bulk pricing through. Upload a month of your shipments and see the total you would have saved on our rates. No email gate, nothing stored.
Buyable standalone · no 3PL required
CSV or Excel export from your shipping platform. Needs destination postcode, weight, and the cost you paid (ex GST). Minimum 20 shipments. Your data is processed in memory and never stored.

Each parcel gets priced through our negotiated carrier rate cards (Aramex first, more rolling in). We use real rate cards, not blended averages. What you'd actually pay, parcel by parcel.
Aggregate result on the same page. No email gate, no stored data, no sales call. Just two numbers: your current freight bill and what it'd be on AV.
Like the number? Get in touch and we connect you to the carrier directly. You ship under our rate card, we don't sit in the middle of your operation.
Carriers in NZ and Australia price per shipper. The more parcels you move, the cheaper your rate card gets. A small ecommerce brand sending 200 parcels a month gets a different rate to one sending 20,000.
We pool the volume of every brand we ship for. The negotiated rate is built on the combined parcel count, far better than anyone gets on their own. We pass that pricing through directly and take a small margin to keep the lights on.
Multi carrier from day one. We don't lock you to one provider. Aramex is live now; NZ Post, NZ Couriers, and CourierPost roll in over the coming months. Every parcel goes on the cheapest applicable rate, not whichever carrier's relationship we're trying to keep warm.
No. Most brands start with one lane (usually Aramex for NZ domestic small parcels) and add others as we onboard them. You keep whatever's already working.
CSV from your current carrier portal, your shipping platform (StarShipIT, ShipStation, Shippit, GoSweetSpot, etc.), or any TMS export with weight, destination and what you paid. Drop it into the calculator and columns get auto detected. Nothing stored after the result is shown.
Aramex is fully live for NZ domestic. NZ Post, NZ Couriers (NZC), and CourierPost are in onboarding. Australia Post and Mainfreight are on the roadmap. If your carrier isn't listed, we'll tell you straight rather than wedge a fit.
No long term contract, no monthly minimum. You ship as little or as much as you like. Pricing is per parcel against the rate card. We don't make money unless you ship.
Fuel surcharge is included transparently in the calculator using the carrier's published current rate. Rural surcharges apply per the carrier's rate card; we don't pad them. The rate card is the rate card.
No. AV Freight is buyable standalone. Most brands using it ship from their own warehouse or another 3PL. They're just routing parcels through our negotiated rates.
